Building capacity, connection, and collective impact.

Our Professional Learning Community (PLC) is the heart of the Cohort experience—a space where educators, leaders, and changemakers come together to learn, reflect, and grow. Through regular sessions, peer collaboration, and shared resources, members build collective capacity to drive meaningful change in their schools and communities. This is not just professional development—it’s a supportive network grounded in trust, equity, and action.

The Civic Learning Lab is a hands-on program that equips participants with the tools and strategies to build stronger family, school, and community partnerships. Through collaborative learning, real-world applications, and peer support, participants explore ways to foster meaningful engagement that drives student success.

At the Montrose graduation, participants shared reflections on their experiences, highlighting what they learned, the importance of partnership, and the strengths and opportunities within their communities. This milestone celebrates their growth and commitment to creating lasting change.
