Training for Districts

We took a closer look at how one Colorado district was transforming family engagement practices. The webinar highlighted real-world strategies educators and administrators had used to overcome common barriers to strong family–school partnerships, build authentic relationships with families and communities, and create sustainable systems that support student success. Attendees discovered how intentional collaboration and practical tools were making a difference for students and families.

Educators will develop stronger listening skills to foster collaboration and ensure everyone is working together for student success. They will gain the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to engage families as true academic partners. Through practical strategies, teachers will enhance their professional practice and build meaningful connections with families. As a result, families will feel valued and see school communities as caring and active partners in their child's education.
